Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Information Age Prayer service and Web site. By using, visiting, or browsing the Information Age Prayer website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the Information Age Prayer service or website. These Terms of Use are an ongoing contract between you and Information Age Prayer and apply to your use of the Information Age Prayer service and Web site. These Terms of Use affect your rights and you should read them carefully.

Changes to Terms of Use

Information Age Prayer reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of these Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" located at the bottom of the pages of the Information Age Prayer website. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Information Age Prayer website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes. As such, you should review the Terms of Use periodically.

Privacy

Any personally identifying information submitted on the Information Age Prayer website is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. The date of any changes to our Privacy Policy will be noted at the bottom of our Privacy Policy.

Information Age Prayer is a subscription service utilizing a text-to-speech entity (a computer) to incant your prayers each day. We use state of the art text-to-speech synthesizers to voice each prayer at a volume and speed equivalent to typical person praying. Each prayer is voiced individually, with the name of the subscriber displayed on screen. If the prayer is for someone else, then that name is displayed on screen instead. Your privacy is protected, all prayers are not audible outside of the Information Age Prayer location. While it is certain that God hears the prayers, we cannot guarantee that other supernatural beings do not overhear or otherwise obtain knowledge of them.

Eligibility

Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. This Site is intended solely for users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone under 16, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 16 or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Account Security

In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to PayPal or Information Age Prayer, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.

We make no claims regarding the efficacy of the service. Actual results will vary for each and every subscriber. Information Age Prayer is not a golden ticket to solve your problems and it is most definitely not a selling of indulgences. Information Age Prayer gives no guarantee that any effect the prayer has will be measurable by any means whatsoever. We make no guarantee that there will never be interruptions in the prayer service or in access to the Information Age Prayer website. There may also be a small delay from the time of subscribing to the time the prayers are scheduled to be said. By using this web site you also agree to indemnify Information Age Prayer and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees arising from your use of this Service and Website and arising from the use of this Service by anyone else.

By subscribing to Information Age Prayer service or purchasing a limited time subscription, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly service fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Information Age Prayer service to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method, including a checking account, where applicable. When purchasing prayers with the "Add To Cart" button there will be a one time charge which is non-refundable. If you opt to subscribe instead, then the following rules apply. The service fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your service. Paypal will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your service. In the event your service began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for periods where you pray on your own. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by email. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your Payment Method information by clicking on the subscribers link, available at the top of the pages of the Information Age Prayer website. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Although Information Age Prayer donates a large part of its revenue to charity, it is not to be confused with a non-profit organization and as such subscription fees cannot be counted for a tax deduction.
